An evening of OPULENCE at Spencer House

We were recently invited to the unveiling of the new 2024 collection of luxury wedding cakes by one of our recommended cake designers, By Yevnig.

The VIP invitation stated:

It was a wonderful evening of grandeur in the magnificent Spencer House, a historic townhouse in St James's area of Westminster, London. The house is a Grade I listed National Heritage property and it was beautifully dressed to showcase the extraordinary cake designs, with gorgeous florals by prestigious London florist Rob van Helden

Guests meandered through the beautiful rooms as we were taken on a journey of the evolution of Yevnig's incredible cakes, whilst enjoying champagne, cocktails & delicious canapés.

The show-stopping cakes were a work of art and so beautifully designed with the most exquisite detailing and each one was perfectly placed in the majestic setting. Taking centre stage on the sumptuous dessert table was an incredible cake with a rotating Merry-go-round, aptly named “The Carousel” For me the pièce de la résistance was “Princess Grace” a stunning 9 tier wedding cake that was simply perfect for a luxury London event to showcase Yevnig’s phenomenal talent.

The evening was brought together by a team of fabulous wedding professionals, including Bespoke Events London, Host Hospitality, Sternberg Clarke, Leeming Brothers, Xander Casey Photography, The Wedding Filmmakers, Milan Thakrar, Emma Westacott , Just 4 linen & Francesca Panzera hair and makeup.
